National Execution Coordinator

An Execution Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the execution of electrical and technology related projects and service orders for our clients with multiple locations throughout North America.  An Execution Coordinator must provide excellent customer service and maintain strong professional relationships with our clients, suppliers and Local Service Providers (LSPs).  The position demands strong communications skills and organizational and multi-tasking capabilities to successfully manage and process a high volume of activity on a daily basis.   
  • Understand and effectively communicate project or service details to vendors, LSPs and internal resources
  • Coordinate and schedule LSP labor, material delivery, rental equipment delivery and pick-up, etc.
  • Provide first level of communication and assistance to the LSP tech(s) working on customer sites that are located all over the United States
  • Develop and maintain LSP relationships to optimize response times and competitive pricing.  Must be comfortable challenging and pushing 3rd party vendors when necessary.
  • Manage schedules to ensure customer timeline objectives are met
  • Attend project kick-off and status meetings to ensure alignment with overall project or service objectives.
  • Ability to understand scope of work, comfortable asking clarifying questions to ensure success of the project or service objectives.
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally with internal customers, i.e. Business Development, Project Management, Finance, etc.
  • Manage costs to meet or exceed set profit margin expectations
  • Create and maintain administrative details in service management system (Tigerpaw)
  • Work closely with Financial Department to meet AR and AP responsibilities on all projects
  • Ability to be on-call after hours and on weekends, on a rotational basis XX times per year.
  • Other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination within same or similar industry
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in service order invoicing with a focus on budgeting and margin controls
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving, decision-making abilities
  • Willing and able to multi-task in a fast paced, multi project based environment
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows environment using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other common programs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn the basics of electrical and low voltage/technology systems
